Grant access to city records, including photos of violation, lien history, prior code violations / inspection report, etc.
Issue internal approvals (e.g., City Council or Administrative sign-off to pursue demolition).
Coordinate with city attorney (if desired) for review of notices and documentation.
Provide contractor access for final demolition.
Handle billing/invoicing/payment for contractors.
Post-demolition cleanup or lot maintenance if needed.
